「夢育む走り方教室２０１５」
と題して、久喜青年会議所様主催の走り方教室へ講師としてお招きいただきました。
昨年の参加者の皆様にご好評をいただいたとのことで、今回は昨年よりもバージョンを上げ、ファンクショナルトレーニングや体幹トレーニングなどトップアスリートも実践しているプログラムも実施しました。
子供たちも正確に取り組むに四苦八苦している様子でしたが、
姿勢や走動作が昨年以上に大きく改善した子が沢山見受けられました。
また、最後の５０mタイム測定においても、普段の記録よりも速く走れた子が多かったとのご報告をいただきました。
今回のイベントの趣旨の一つに「自己肯定感」がありました。
「やればできる」という有能感は、自己肯定感につながっていきます。
しかし、プログラム次第では、子供たちがいくら頑張っても結果につながらないことが多くあります。
そのため、ムーブファーストでは効果的なプログラムを子供たちに提供し、子供たちが頑張った分だけ結果につながるということを大切にしています。
今回のイベントでは、約１００名の子供たちが参加して下さいました。
一人でも多くの子供たちにとって今回が頑張る方向性を知り、頑張れば今までの自分より速くなれることを実感してもられば幸いです。
